Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour based on experience.
Qualification: Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or nursing qualification) with a minimum of 2 years experience

We’re looking for a dedicated Care Trainer to support the development of warm, friendly, and skilled teams across our homes in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. You’ll play a vital role in delivering our Heritage Manor mandatory training, empowering our team members to provide outstanding care and enabling residents to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our group’s training and development team, your responsibilities will include to:
· Deliver Mandatory & Best Practice Skills Training across all homes. This will include face-to-face, Zoom/Teams and other training methods.
· Work with the Training Manager to develop and implement in-house training.
· Support the Peer Mentor Program to onboard and inspire new team members.
· Collaborate with managers to promote high standards of care through coaching and training.
· Champion specialised skills development, helping team members become subject-area leaders.
· Ensure accurate training records, matrices and compliance with CQC and Skills for Care guidelines.
Key Requirements:
· Travel between Heritage Manor locations within the Worcestershire and Herefordshire areas as required.
· Level 3 Care Qualification or nursing qualification, with a passion for training and development.
· At least 2 years’ experience in a care trainer or similar role.
· Strong communication skills adaptable to all learning styles and levels.
· A commitment to promoting dignity and respect in elderly care.
· A willingness to undertake a Level 3 teaching qualification if not already held.
