Qualification: Hold or willing to work towards NVQ 2 and 3
Duties
Enabling residents to live their life to the full.
Provide support and companionship in a stimulating and homely environment.
You will be supporting our residents with day to day living (bathing, dressing and personal care) and promoting their life choices and well being.

Knowledge

· Hold NVQ/RQF or other recognized qualification in Health and Social Care

Experience
· Demonstrate dignity, privacy, equality, diversity and respecting resident’s rights.
· Working within a Care setting or care of a relative/friend
· Demonstrating person centered care
· Knowledge of Dementia/End of Life care
