About the role
We are seeking passionate, experienced and a dedicated nurse.
As a registered nurse you will need to support the manager and other
senior team members in all aspects of the home's management and
service provision. Working within policy guidelines ensuring that all
relevant legislation, the organisation's Policies and Procedures and
Codes of Practices are adhered to.
To lead the assessment,
planning, delivery and evaluation of resident care in order to achieve
the highest standards of contemporary care.
To lead the clinical
nursing work and staff management in the designated area of
responsibility
To help maintain in the home the atmosphere and
practice of care based on MHA's Values deriving from a concern for the
individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.

Brockworth House Care Home in Gloucester
Brockworth House Care Home provides specialised care for up to
53 residents, supporting individuals with dementia and other mental
health needs, including learning disabilities. Our skilled and
compassionate team has extensive experience in creating a secure,
respectful environment where each resident feels valued and supported.
With a flexible activities programme and a range of homely comforts,
Brockworth House encourages residents to engage in daily life and
pursue their interests. The centre also offers day care services for
members of the local community, promoting connections and support
beyond our resident community.
Located in a peaceful area yet
close to local shops and amenities, Brockworth House combines
convenience with a tranquil atmosphere, making it a comfortable,
welcoming place for both long-term residents and day visitors.
