Swan & Cygnet Care is a highly regarded small family run organisation, who have four Residential Care homes for the elderly in South Norfolk, and have some exciting developments for the future. The family have daily involvement in their homes, supporting their experienced Managers. Each home has its own character and share the same excellent standards and professionalism in caring for our elderly Residents.

If you feel that you would like to join us at Swan & Cygnet Care, the position of an Activity Coordinator at Manor House, Blofield, Norwich has become available ,we are looking for someone who must be able to plan a menu of activities, to be able to engage and motivate Residents, to take an active interest and encourage Residents with their hobbies. Organising trips out to places of interest and of course, be part of a very dedicated team.
