Job Summary

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with their daily lives, ensuring they receive compassionate and person-centered care. Your role will involve supporting individuals with personal care, household tasks, social activities, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs.

Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, where required.

Support with medication administration in line with company policies.

Help with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

Encourage independence and support individuals to engage in social and recreational activities.

Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff members.

Maintain accurate records and reports on care provided.

Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential (training provided).

A caring and compassionate attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A valid UK driving license (if applicable).

An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
