Health Care Assistant

Beechwood House is currently recruiting for a quality driven and people focused Health Care Assistants (Day/Night) to work with their award winning care home in Croydon.

You'll be responsible for caring for older people (having dementia) with a wide range of needs. But you'll also be building meaningful relationships based on kindness and respect.

You'll deliver high standards of care as part of a dedicated team, backed up by experienced and supportive managers.

You'll also have to undergo training and development programme, which includes opportunities to gain nationally recognized qualifications.

Proper training will be given to you by the Care home.

We ensure our staff can provide the highest possible standards of care, we provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training and development. Relevant courses, such as moving and handling, infection control, fire training and food hygiene, ensure all our employees continually update their skills and knowledge.
