Senior Carer

Job Location: Epping, Essex

Wensley House is Registered for 48 Residents situated in Epping, in an idyllic forest setting at the end of a private driveway with secure and ample parking.

We aim to ensure that the Physical and Psychological wellbeing of all Residents is maintained at the highest level in a pleasant and harmonious environment.

Your Duties:

To be directly responsible with the Manager and Deputy Manager for supervising, assisting and motivating care staff in providing a planned and stimulating environment which provides for the care, emotional and physical wellbeing of the Residents

.Experience and Qualifications:

All Senior Carers need to hold at least an NVQ Level 2 Certificate and be working Full or Part Time to provide continuity of care and should have the relevant experience.
