We are looking for caring, reliable & trustworthy individuals, that would like to join a successful Domestic team.

We are a well-established, privately owned, small family run group of care homes with over 40 years of heritage. We have grown in size over the years due to our outstanding successes. We are proud to provide outstanding care to our residents, and have 4 outstanding care homes, 2 nursing and 2 residential, we are looking for new candidates to join our Domestic teams to assist us with cleaning and laundry duties.

The role

As the domestic assistant working as a member of the Domestic Team, you will carry out assigned duties to ensure that all cleaning and laundry duties are carried out in accordance with the Home’s Routines Procedure to the highest standards. Working in partnership with your colleagues & managers to proactively adhere to all infection control policies and procedures, maintaining excellent standards of robust cleaning. The role requires you to be reliable, working alternative weekends.

 We are looking for someone who can;

  • Make our residents happy.
  • To carry out cleaning of rooms with minimal disturbance to our residents
  • To launder and care for our residents’ garments, returning them in a timely manner
  • To be able to work as part of a team effectively communicating with one another
  • Be proactive 
  • Support management by delivering high standards of cleanliness, in line with environmental health standards
  • Enrich the lives of the residents
