Head Housekeeper

We are looking for a strong experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team here at Chantry House. We are a 24 bedded Nursing Home and we support those with behaviours that can be challenging, Dementia and other diverse needs. As such we need you to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature towards others. As Head Housekeeper you will be working in a supervisory role and in addition to working on the floor you will be required to complete compliance paperwork, audit, staff rota's and allocations, budget management, stock ordering and control, alongside being the Infection Control Lead for the home working closely with the Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure Infection Control Compliance at all times.
