About The Role
Night Care & Support Assistant 
Location : Wickmeads - Residential Home - BH6 4LG
Pay Rate :£12.50 -£12.75 per hour
Hours:  36 hours(Includes alternate weekend  working)
Shifts : 19.45.00hrs - 08.00am 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night  Care & Support Assistant  to join the TEAM at Wickmeads , our residential care home, located a stone's throw from the idyllic Tuckton Gardens and River Stour, Christchurch, Dorset.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering excellent person centred care.
• Supporting & encouraging our residents to remain as independent as possible.
• Checking on residents on a regular basis - moving & positioning if required
• Providing elements of personal care including washing & undressing where needed.
• Building relationships and providing companionship
• Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the home.

You'll need to be naturally compassionate and of course understanding of others.
Previous care experience is not essential.
A full induction and training programme will be provided to support you. 
You need to be over 18 years of age to apply for this position.
