SHIFTS – DAYS/NIGHTS

SUTTON ROSE CARE HOME is the newest addition to the MACC CARE family and opened in late Autumn 2021. We are looking to recruit a team of special people to offer the highest standards of care in this 80-bed state-of-the-art care home offering a range of facilities and living space designed specifically around care and comfort. The spirit of SUTTON ROSE will be brought to life by a care team who will enjoy working in its beautiful location and exceptional surroundings and who through their care, dedication and professionalism will create a happy home for the residents and their families.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE INCLUDE?

  • Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents.

  • Assisting residents with their personal care such as personal hygiene, washing, dressing and assisting with eating and drinking.

  • Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.

  • Maintaining accurate care records using an electronic care plan system.

  • Undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and supporting new staff.

  • Promoting our resident’s independence and dignity by delivering the highest standards of care.

  • Working within a flexible 7 day rota.
