Care Team Leader - Nights

45 hours per week.

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of night shifts, providing excellent leadership and support to your team while delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and motivating the night care team to ensure exceptional standards of care.
• Promoting person-centred approaches and championing dignity, choice, and independence.
• Administering medication.
• Assisting with care plans, risk assessments, and daily records to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leading by example in providing hands-on care and support to residents with dementia.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to foster a positive, caring atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience within a dementia care setting.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to delivering person-centred care and inspiring your team to do the same.
