Vacancy is for Day and Night

Applicants must have at relevant experience at in a similar post.

Duties involve Meeting the resident's needs based on care plans, manual handling of assignments and risk assessments.

Supervising and training junior staff during her shift, looking after clients' personal hygiene, feeding and dressing, administration of drugs, ensuring comfort, privacy and dignity of service users, maintenance of reports and records.

Ensuring health & safety procedures are carried out by all staff in providing care to the patients, ensure that all service user needs are met, to undertake other specialist tasks commensurate with the senior level of the post subject to client needs, make a positive contribution to and work constructively within the team, keep appropriate records of work and communications and file them appropriately, etc.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required
  • Achieved or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health in Social Care
  • Leadership skills
