We are looking for one day and one night staff to join our professional team of carers in our Christchurch-based residential care home.

We offer a comprehensive training package to QCF 3 and beyond.

Avon Lee Lodge has a strong culture of staff training and improvement, many of our staff have gained their career foundations with us and moved on to become; RBH discharge coordinator, an NHS practice manager, trainee paramedics, and numerous nurses.

Internally, we have promoted at least five staff to middle management positions and one to senior management in the last five years alone.

Salary is dependent upon experience, and qualifications.
