Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents at Eden Mansions Nursing and Residential Home.
In this varied and engaging role, you will have the chance to get to know residents and their specific needs and develop respectful and friendly relationships with them. Together we add Life to Years.
About You
Although no experience is required as full training will be provided, to be considered as a Care Assistant, you will need:
- The ability to adapt well to working as a team and independently
- Good verbal and written communication
- The ability to respect confidentiality, dignity and the privacy of the Residents
Any direct care experience would be beneficial to your application. A background in customer service or a people-oriented environment would be equally desirable.

This is a full-time role covering the night shift working 38.5 hours per week including alternate weekends.
