This is a role where you can be rewarded on a daily basis for helping those in need, as well as develop your skills. We provide all of our staff with training and ongoing support, so no direct care experience is required, although it is beneficial. Overall Expectations:
1.Compliance to Cedar Care policies, processes and procedures in hospitality, mealtimes & hydration, housekeeping and extra mile aspects of the service.
2.Ensuring that up to date and accurate records are maintained.
3.Works in collaboration with care teams to provide a high standard of hospitality and organization in the day to day social activities of the home.
4.Takes instruction and guidance from the nurse/ care coordinator in charge relating to the health needs of the residents.
Key Performance Indicators:
1.Upholding professional yet friendly relationships with residents and residents families on their zone/wing
2.The admission and administrative processes of Residents are completed effectively in compliance and within required timescales.
3.Social experiences are centred around individuals preferences and wishes.
4.Meal-times and hydration are perceived as an experience/activity
5.The quality of the service is maintained at high level.
