We need full or part time care assistants on day or night shift.

Day Shift : £12.27 per hour

Night Shift: £12.82 per hour

What you'll bring:

A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
A caring and compassionate nature, with a strong sense of empathy and patience.
A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
While not essential, experience in a care setting or a related field is a plus.

Who is the Charlotte Straker Project?

We're a not for profit care home that provides excellent residential, nursing and respite care to the elderly and those who need care in Northumberland. Any surplus income is reinvested back into our home for the benefit of our residents.
We offer 32 residential and nursing rooms, plus a free of charge respite care room for those over 65 years of age who find it increasingly difficult to cope at home without assistance.
