Location: Cimla, Neath

Salary: £43,640 per annum going up to £58,240 plus performance-based bonuses

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About Us:

St. Brelade's Care Home is a dual-registered facility offering both nursing and residential care.

Currently, in Phase One, we accommodate 45 residents, providing a warm and supportive environment where each individual is valued and respected.

As we look to the future, Phase Two will expand our capacity to 81 beds, presenting exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications: Must have level 5 in adult management and excelent clinical judgment Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centered care.Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care provision.
