Senior Carers (Nights)

Beaumont Manor Care Home is looking to recruit full-time Night Senior Carers to join their team.

The position will be to take charge of the shift and guide staff to deliver excellent personal care to the resident’s daily needs. Senior Care Practitioners will also administer medicines, and undertake the re-ordering on a monthly basis, as required in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as assisting in building relationships between staff and residents.

The successful applicant will also be expected to develop person-centred care plans, complete and update assessments, review the care plans monthly and organise and hold reviews with the residents or family members.

A level 3 Qualification in Care is necessary for this position and a DBS check applies. In addition, previous supervisory experience working within an elderly care environment would be advantageous.

The position, which requires a shift pattern of  7pm to 7am shifts, offers excellent rates of pay and a first-class working environment coupled with being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
