Senior Care Assistant
Your role:
As a naturally caring and compassionate person, you will play an
important role in delivering great quality, person-centred care to all
residents. You will need to hold a relevant Health and Social
qualification and have experience working in the Care Industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and motivating all Care Assistants in order for the
team to function efficiently
- Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g.
physical, emotional and spiritual
- Providing support and guidance to family members
- Working alongside the trained Nurses to lead and develop staff
members to ensure on-going high quality care
- Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship to residents
- Maintaining good communication and developing effective working
relationships with other team members
- Report on the wellbeing of residents and liaise with GP’s and
support Managers
