Team Leader/ bank for nights

This is an oppurtunity for an experienced carer who would like to advance in their career, the candidate will be responsible for the administration of the resident's medication 3 times a day and to record this on the electronic system. They will be asked to update care plans on a month to month basis or if changes do occur then recorded in a timely fashion. We would like the applicant to be confident in dealing with other professionals and be able to pass on correct information and log on the electronic system information passed to them. At times they will be asked to assist families with any enquiries that they have and also to call or email if there have been visiting professionals or any information about appointments that are up and coming. The Team Leader will be responsible for rotas and also covering shifts at short notice if another Team Leader is on annual leave or has phoned in ill.
