Each day at Keychange brings a kind of variety which means you will never feel stuck doing the same things day in day out, you will never be bored! You will be someone’s friend, carer, confidant, dance partner and comedy side kick. You will work in a team that not only supports you and champions you, but will also laugh with you, cry with you and celebrate all the good times with you.
You will have bad days, you will have challenging days and you will have emotional days, but we can also promise that even in those challenging days you will always feel a sense of reward and fulfilment as you witness the difference that your care and support make to a person's life.
We can guarantee that you won’t feel stuck going nowhere as we encourage and champion you to reach your full potential with ongoing training and qualifications.
We are wellbeing lead, which means we really do care about your health and wellbeing – we want you to have a spring in your step when you walk through the door, we want you to feel comfortable and contented in your place of work and we want you to feel encouraged to discuss your thoughts, feelings and concerns with any member of the team. We have a wellbeing champion in each community as well as a wellbeing lead in our head office. We have regular wellbeing sessions surrounding different areas of health and wellbeing. Your health matters to us, you matter to us.
