Experienced Senior Care Assistant

£13.40 - £14.15 phr phr enhanced for all public holidays. (Plus reliability bonus - terms apply paid quarterly)

Experienced Senior Care required full time hours. 4/7 days per week on a rota basis to include every other weekend . Shifts are usually days, with the occasional awake night or sleep over for annual leave.

The successful candidate must be flexible and reliable with a willingness to cover additional shifts to help cover for annual leave and for the smooth running of the business and needs. Also need to have the ability to lead a team of staff along with a kind disposition and caring attitude to ensure our Residents are well cared for. You will be supporting the Manager in the smooth running of the home ensuring care plans are reviewed and audits are completed in a timely manner.

Uniforms and ongoing training is provided. This post is subject to a suitable enhanced DBS disclosure and 2 written references. Applications are invited from people holding a Health and social care NVQ/Diploma level 3 or higher and hands on experience in a similar position is required. Job requires receipt, returns of medication and administration so previous experience is essential.

Must be able to work to a high standard and use own initiative.

DBS costs will be met by the company and reclaimed in the first months pay.
