A relaxed, friendly atmosphere is the first thing you will notice when you visit Littlebourne House. We are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of our residents live here on a permanent basis but we also offer respite care. Littlebourne House is a Home of 64 residential and EMI residents.
This is an exciting new role introduced to the Home.
Main Duties
· You will be a member of the Management and Administration Team overseeing and managing a team of care staff.
· You will support the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager in delivering high quality care.
· You are expected to have knowledge about CQC regulations
· You will need to be an active and encouraging senior member of the Care Team
· You are required to facilitate and undertake care needs of residents
· You are expected to undertake required training and development while maintaining the current skills levels

Working Hours
· As per rota
· Rostered weekend and evening work will be involved
· Responsibility for out of hours emergency cover at other times as agreed with the Registered Manager
