Escan Manor Care Home is a new care home in Exeter, Devon, with modern state of the art facilities.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Registered Nurse for Days and Nights with a passion for providing exceptional, kind, personilised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

ABOUT YOU:

  • An RGN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
  • You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
  • You will work well within the team, leading, supporting and training junior staff members, acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
  • You will have previous experience in motivating and leading a team.

The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and an enhanced DBS check.
