Morar Living's Escan Manor Care Home is a beautiful, purpose built home situated in Exeter. It embraces small scale living and has been designed to deliver a luxurious but homely environment for residents.

We are looking for an experienced Activities Coordinator to come and join our team on a 40 hour contract.

About You:

  • To join our team you will have experience within a care home setting caring for older people.
  • You will have experience in organising events and activities for our guests which are both internal and external.
  • You will have a passion for supporting people to maintain their lifestyles and be proactive with planning and execution of events.
  • You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check.
