An exciting opportunity is available at Stroud House for an Activities Coordinator. We seek a dedicated Activities Coordinator to design and implement an engaging activity program that enriches the lives of our residents. Our goal is to help residents live life to the fullest, with countless opportunities to explore hobbies and interests.

What We Offer:

• Salary – £12.85 per hour, reviewed annually

About the Role:

As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents by planning and leading engaging, person-centered activities that promote social interaction, well-being, and joy. Your creativity and passion will help residents stay active, involved, and fulfilled. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities both individually and in groups, ensuring inclusivity and respect for individual preferences.

Consistent & Predictable Schedule:

• 18 hours per week (on average)
• Rotating schedule with a structured shift pattern:
  • Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri
  • Week 2 – Mon, Tues, Wed, & Sat
• Hours: Shifts will be either 10:00-13:00 or 10:00-16:00 as per the shift rota.

Join our team, with staff from Waterlooville, Havant, and beyond. Petersfield is easily accessible by public transport, with hourly trains taking under 15 minutes.
