An exciting opportunity is available at Stroud House for a Night Care Assistant. 

We are looking for enthusiastic team players with strong communication skills, high care standards, and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly. Experience in a similar environment is preferred.

What We Offer:

A Salary of – £12.85 per hour, reviewed annually

A weekend enhanced rate of £13.35 per hour

Who We Are Looking For:

Night Care Assistant

Someone who can work a minimum of 24 hours per week
Experience as a Night Care Assistant in a care setting
Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference

Part-time could be considered for the right applicant.

About the Role:

Fixed & Predictable Working Pattern: 

An average 36 hours per week 
Rotating schedule with a structured shift pattern to maintain a stable sleep pattern, allowing for better rest and personal time.
