Role Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team for night shifts. You will play a crucial role in delivering person-centred care, managing clinical duties, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Administer medication and treatments safely and in line with NMC guidelines.
  • Monitor residents’ health, record observations, and report any concerns promptly.
  • Lead and support the night care team, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, families, and management to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Requirements:
  • • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
  • • Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is preferred.
