Nightstaff Waking Shift

We are looking for you as HCA to provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards.To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual. To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time to time to maintain and progress knowledge. 

It will be a 12 hour waking shift 8pm -8am and relevant rest periods within. We are 20 bed residential care home and all about the service user and meeting their needs. Several shifts are avaliable so can be flexible on nights.
