Hospitality Supervisor - Horsell Lodge, Woking - £11.44 per hour
- 70 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
- Full time; 35hrs per week (Shifts include alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
by providing exceptional hospitality service.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences
of residents are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
- Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors,
ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality service and making a
difference in the lives of residents.
