The role is to provide peripatetic support within the Divisions, to manage all aspects of the Home operations in order to meet, or exceed profit targets whilst delivering levels of care to residents in accordance with company standards and complying with all regulatory and statutory obligations. This may include regular travel and some overnight stays.
