Blossom Care is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant.
We are looking for an experienced person who has knowledge and experience of working in a residential care setting and is qualified to a minimum of NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or willing to undertake.

Job Role:

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting a care team ensuring high quality of care and service is provided to all residents at all times. You’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care. You will support residents with all aspects of everyday life, whilst promoting dignity, independence and choice. You will be flexible to meet the individual needs of residents; you will be accountable for the home and the residents, and to create a calm and secure atmosphere.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Administering medications
To ensure the home is safe and secure.
To ensure regular checks are carried out for each resident’s individual needs (in relation to the home’s guidelines and policies).
To ensure that all documentation is completed and signed for.
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of all records required to be kept by CQC.

Salary/Pay - to be discussed at interview and will be depending upon experience
