Care Assistant

Oaklands Court (part of the Chanctonbury Healthcare group of care homes), a nursing home in Horam, near Heathfield who provide excellent care and support for our older residents. We are looking for caring individuals to join our friendly, supportive team as care assistants.

Care assistant responsibilities: Support residents with personal care, complete daily documentation for care plans, care for users who are end of life, support residents at mealtimes, answer call bells, the door and welcome visitor, supporting with activities and lifestyle for our lovely residents.

Week day shifts paid at £12.15 per hour, and weekend shifts paid at £12.65 per hour.
