Credit Control Assistant (Fixed Term) based at Epworth House, Derby.

6 months - Fixed Term Contract - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Hybrid working model

Salary £25,380 per annum (pro rata for part time)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to join us on a Temporary basis within the Credit Control Team at MHA.

Working on a project for approximately 6 months, this role will see the successful candidate showcase their collection skills managing a portfolio of accounts.

Whether you are experienced in AR, Credit Control or Accounts Administration we would love to hear from you!

Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the Project the main purpose of the role is to:

  • Reduce outstanding debt for a portfolio of accounts by following up on overdue payments and implementing the appropriate collection strategy
  • Support the Accounts Receivable Team with query management relating to the project
  • Collation of data from multiple sources to support the Credit Control collection process
  • Work the credit control inbox to ensure that all questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Additional administration as identified and necessary

We offer the flexibility of remote working with 2 mandatory office days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in our Head Office in Derby

The ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach to assigned workload with previous experience of handling high volume complex queries and reconciliation within a finance environment advantageous. However, excellent attention to detail alongside intermediate excel skills are highly desirable within the role.
