Bank Staff Support Worker

Blossom House is a small residential centre based in Forest Gate, we offer a range of support to young adults with learning difficulties/Disabilities, such as Short respite breaks, permanent residential care and day provision, we have a very "Home" from "Home" approach, and we are looking for friendly motivated bank staff to join our team. We will expect you to have Level 2-3 Health and social care Qualification or equivalent and have at least 1 year UK based experienced.  We have a range of day shifts and night shifts available but preferably you will be willing to work Night shifts (Sleep in) and day shifts as a mixture. 

Main duties

Assist clients with Personal care, Medication and eating. 

Encourage and support clients to progress. 

Participate in activities inside and outside the centre, swimming, Gym, bowling. 

Indoor activities Arts/crafts, Trips to bowling, parks, etc..

General support and teamwork.

We need our workers to be flexible and dedicated; you will be taken on as Bank staff and we will assign you shifts due to your availability and if there are any available. If you have experience and this sound like the job for you, or you would like further information please apply now.
