Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £50,000 per annum
We’re seeking a dedicated Deputy General Manager to join our talented team at West Hall!
As our Deputy General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of outstanding care at West Hall across our three care lodges. You’ll ensure that our services not only meet but exceed expectations, working with our team to maintain a person-centred approach and create a vibrant, happy and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

West Hall is home to up to 117 residents across 3 luxury care lodges, we offer luxurious surroundings – through 11 acres of land and a listed manor house. Recognized with Outstanding ratings with CQC, we take pride in setting the standard for compassionate, innovative care.
