At Cardinal Healthcare we take pride in treating all our residents as individuals. We make time to listen to their comments and requests about the running of our homes and respect the wishes that they have for the place that is now their home.

We are now recruiting Healthcare Assistants with a minimum of 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE in The Meadows Nursing Home. However, we are willing to train if you do not have the experience.

Salary from £10.48 depending on experience

Hours: FT/PT/Nights & weekends/days

Duties

• To assist our residents in their personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing and undressing, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals.
• To serve meals & beverages to residents, assist in feeding
• Assist residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas other communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request.

About you

• Ideally we would like someone with experience of at least a year in care but willing to train.
• Be passionate about the elderly and finding new and exciting ideas for the residents to participate in.
• To have good speaking and written English.
• Bubbly and vibrant.
• To be organised and work well in a team.
