Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – Homefield Grange, Christchurch - £23.18 per hour

• 64 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
• Full time; 42hrs per week 
• Shifts are 12hrs and include alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care.

Ideal Candidate

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for caring for others.
