Care Assistant

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client care plans and daily activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, monitoring progress and reporting any changes to senior staff.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of care.
