SFHT have one new exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Support Worker to join our Residential care team in Ringwood on a permanent basis. This will be on a full-time basis for 40 hours per week. Overtime is available to cover staff leave, as required. We may also consider 2 x part-time positions for this opportunity.

This is the only vacancy that we have in our residential staff team, you will be fully supported into this role by experienced colleagues and management
The main responsibilities of a Support Worker/Personal Assistant will be to assist in the delivery of care and support, and be responsible for the wellbeing of people who use our service, as well as promoting and encouraging independent living for all individuals.
As this position will be supporting a female client with personal care support, the applicant will need to be female due to the nature of the role.
Experience is not essential as full training and support is provided on starting and throughout, however experience of working with people with a learning disability is desirable.
Due to the location of this position, the candidate must be a driver with a full driving licence and access to their own car.
