Position: Deputy Manager

Location: Freckleton, Preston

 Role Summary: As a Deputy Manager at Croft House Care Home, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of operations. This role requires a tech-savvy individual ready to embrace digital solutions and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a care setting.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing various tech tools and systems to streamline processes.
