Senior Care Worker

We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to join our team in the role of Senior Care Assistant. This is a full-time position for 36-42 hours per week. Our shifts are 7am-2pm and 2-10pm, working mixed weekdays and weekends, with planned weekends off every 3 weeks.

Care for residents in the same way and in the same environment that we would want for our own parents. It is so important that care homes become a real home, with all the feelings and emotions that we associate with the word, for the residents, their families and their supporters. The residents’ needs and wishes come first in a care home. We provide care and assistance where necessary and company or privacy as desired. We deliver this in an informal atmosphere, with care and thought at all times, ensuring that residents take an active part in making their own decisions.
