Position Type: Night Shifts – Full-Time and Part-Time roles available
Shift Pattern: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Salary: £19.75 per hour

About the Role:
As a Registered Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a team in the capacity of team leader to ensure our residents receive exceptional care. You will help maintain the highest standards in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements and support the home in operating safely, effectively, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a professional and caring service to residents at all times.
• Ensuring all resident facilities and services are utilised to maximize comfort and activity levels.
• Maintaining the highest standards of Nursing, Therapeutic, Nutritional, and Housekeeping care.
• Coordinating medical, optical, and dental services for residents.
• Identifying, managing, and escalating Safeguarding or Health & Safety concerns promptly.
• Completing and maintaining accurate and person-centered care plans.
• Continuously reviewing and improving standards and practices in consultation with the Care Home Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified and registered RMN or RGN with a valid NMC PIN.
• A caring and professional approach to nursing care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to maintaining dignity and respect for residents.
