About you:-
The ideal candidate will be caring and compassionate and work well as part of a team. You will ideally have previous experience working in a residential environment. A level 2 NVQ in Health and social care is desirable, although full training will be provided. Experience and knowledge of dementia would be desirable.

Duties to include:-
You will play an important role in helping us to deliver high standards of care to our residents. You will support residents with all aspects of everyday life, whilst promoting dignity, independence and choice. Each resident will have individual preferences, however typical duties will include-
Assisting residents with personal care
Promptly answering call bells
Providing physical and emotional support
Assisting with mealtimes and serving refreshments
General housekeeping tasks to ensure the home is kept clean and tidy
Assisting the senior team with completing daily records
