Night Care Assistnant

The Shelley is a 32 Bed residential care home set in the centre of Worthing, 5 minutes walk from the seafront. The home has been running for the past 16 years and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents and we are looking to recruit a Night Care Assistant, who is outstanding and has a desire to make a difference to the elderly in the daily care which they require.

About You:

You must be passionate about working in care, have some experience in working in a care environment, and are able to adapt to the changing needs of our residents and home. Experience of carrying out medication rounds and shift running would be preferred but not essential.
