Job Summary

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with their daily lives, ensuring they receive compassionate and person-centered care. Your role will involve supporting individuals with personal care, household tasks, social activities, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, where required.
  • Support with medication administration in line with company policies.
  • Help with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to engage in social and recreational activities.
  • Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on care provided.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.

Skills / Qualifications:
