Waitress/Waiter

We are looking for a full time and permanent waitress/waiter to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  To serve, morning coffee, afternoon teas, night drinks and pre-meal aperitifs to all residents

·  To always check with Charge Nurse to ensure new residents are served appropriate diets

·  To ensure all supplies used are monitored and appropriate stock levels maintained

·  To be informed on all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.

·  To adhere to all Check House Policies and Procedures

·  To participate in required training sessions as arranged by the Registered Manager

·  To report to the Nurse in charge/Registered Manger any concerns about resident food intake

·  To assist care team with serving of meal trays at 0830, 1230 and 1730 hrs

·  To report breakages and maintain appropriate supplies

·  To collect and serve fresh water/soft drinks daily in the morning

·  To be aware of Lunch and Supper reservations for residents guests

·  To maintain cleanliness in the dining room, and all areas/equipment used for food service

·  To collect residents trays promptly after meal times

·  To undertake any other duties as necessary
