Senior Health Care Assistant

We continue to work with the multidisciplinary team and we have an outstanding rating from CQC. We empower our care staff so that they can deliver a meaningful day to all residents.

Previous experience is required and further training is provided. If you have NVQ Level 3, can be recruited in the senior role.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Providing interest and activities to stimulate and engage the client
• Companionship and care
• Assisting and enabling
• Washing and dressing
• Providing food and refreshment
• Mobility
• Bed making
• Contributing to record-keeping

Qualifications and Skills

• Be caring and friendly
• Have 2 suitable references (professional and/or educational)
• Be prepared to go through necessary personal background checks
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo the necessary training
• NVQ Level 3 or above
