Conifers Nursing Home  is a remarkable Care Home with a  GOOD CQC  rating, excellent local reputation and a friendly supportive team.

• We provide Residential, General Nursing and Dementia Care to 55 residents
• Your role will involve supporting people with their daily lives and promoting independence
• Duties will include all aspects of personal care for residents, along with other daily living activities
